When is propane available for purchase?
Propane is available for purchase by our guests and to others who are not staying with us. Propane sales are available from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on weekends.
Can you accommodate all size RVs?
Yes, we have a range of RV camp sites including back-in and pull-through sites that can accommodate large RVs.
Do you offer tent camping?
No, we do not have tent sites. We also do not accommodate tent campers.
How do I reserve and RV site or Cottage for a long-term stay?
To reserve your long-term RV or Cottage stays, please contact the office for availability and to complete a long-term application for stays of 30 days or longer. Office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. seven days a week: (760) 367-3320.

What size and type of cottages do you rent?
There are 600 sq. ft. deluxe one-bedroom cottages, 400 sq. ft. one-bedroom cottages, and 400 sq. ft. two-bedroom cottages. All have air, heat, and parking immediately adjacent to the unit. There are a few unfurnished units, but most are completely furnished. Minimum stay is two nights.
What long-term leases for cottages are available?
We cate to enlisted military personnel, families, and contractors working on the base. We do require proof of income and an application to rent. Rental rates vary depending on the size of the unit and length of stay.
Do the cottages have Wi-Fi?
The cottages do not have Wi-Fi but do have modems that allow for direct, wired connection. Modems accept Cat 5 cables for their connection point.
Do the cottages receive housekeeping?
Yes, cottages under long-term stays receive housekeeping on a weekly basis.
What type of facilities does the park have to accommodate your guests?
In addition to the various activities, the park has a guest laundry, guest bathrooms with showers, a game room, workout facility, hot tub, pool, and clubhouse that can be reserved by guests for events. Click here to see our full list of amenities.

The clubhouse includes a kitchen, a large outdoor barbecue grill, and a fire pit.
