Snowbird Special - Winter 2020-2021

We have so much fun we are extending our winter season until the end of April. We are looking for a few more winter residents and are offering a special deal!

We only have a few requirements of our Snowbird Family

• Have fun

• Plan to join in and help with the activities

• Be prepared to meet some friendly people and establish long term friendships - many of our winter residents have been coming here for 20 years or more!

• You will return we are sure of it.
  
  

·          We are Covid-19 Free and hope to stay that way so we will be strictly complying with all the State and County Guidlines for all our activities.

Our premium rate is currently $480.00 per month plus electric and propane and may increase slightly after November 1st, 2020.

o   Snowbird Special

o   To make up for our lack of pool and construction dust, We will hold last years rate of $465.00 Premium site Rate for new reservations.

o   If you commit to 6 months you will pay for 5 and get 6.

§  The 6^th month will be electric and propane only.

§  Good for reservations from October 1, 2019 through May 30, 2020.

•  2 months must be paid at time of reservation, before September 15^th 2019 upon check-in one month will be credited to your account and a $75.00 electric deposit due, then you pay monthly for months 2, 3 and 4 the second month deposit will be credited for the 5th month.  The sixth month is free only paying electric and any propane charges! What a great way to end your snowbird season!
  

• In addition this year Roadrunner Dunes golf course is participating in the Snowbird Special - Every purchaser will receive a card offering a 20% discount on any golf packages purchased during the winter season. 6 month packages, weekly, monthly, punch cards any packages!
  
  This is a significant savings and results in an effective monthly rate of $387.50 per month.

o   Returning Snowbirds will be eligible for the program and the $465.00 per month on existing reservations as of September 15, 2020.  Reservations made after September 25, 2020 will be subject to the new monthly rental rate and not eligible for the special.

 

All other new reservations will be at the new current per month rates for premium sites, pull-throughs, and for standard back-ins.
