Monthly and Long-Term Stays
All monthly and longer rentals (30+ days) must call the office and complete a long term application and be approved before arrival. Long Term stays pay metered electricity monthly and are charged a $1,500 cleaning and damage deposit. Call us today and request an application and the monthly rates.

If a weekly stay is extended, the deposit of $1,500 is required to be paid upon the extension of the stay. Weekly to Long Term extension is subject to approval upon application for long term tenancy.
