All guests requesting a stay of 30 days or longer, must complete a long term

Double Occupancy, additional occupants are charged fees based on
age. Cancellation Policy: If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, there will be a $10 cancellation fee if cancelled before seven days. If cancelled within seven days, the first night’s stay will be charged.” |

| All monthly and longer rentals must call the office and complete a long term application and be approved before arrival - call 760-367-3320 and request an application and the monthly rates. | ||
| We offer several longer term rental plans: | ||
| Month to month including all utilities, weekly cleaning - perfect for shorter term rentals 1-6 months or more. Ideal for base contractors, Marine short term assigments etc. | ||
| 12 month apartment style leases not including utilities, both furnished and unfurnished available. | ||
| A picture ID is required at
registration and check-in. Check-in time for cottages is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. |
